Professional Experience
Giancarlo G. Riotto is the President, Founder, and Owner of Talent Stock LLC which is located in New Jersey and was established in 2004. With Talent Stock LLC, Giancarlo G. Riotto trains, educates, and certifies people in CPR/AED/First Aid, sells Philips AED's devices and First Aid products, and develops extremely effective Emergency Action Plans for various types of organizations, agencies, and schools.
Talent Stock Academy a division of Talent Stock LLC provides education, athletics, fitness, strength training, speed/agility, activities, leadership development, and career training to Lower School, Middle School, High School, and Postgraduate (PG) students. Our "Academics, Athletics, Activities, Success" system provides a comprehensive solution to obtain college level sport specific athletic training, coaching, and real world career training while pursuing a high quality education. Our professional educators, coaches, mentors, network, and athletic/education services will help you take your academic, athletic, and future career to the next level.

Giancarlo G. Riotto was also a K-12 classroom business education teacher, school administrator, and Athletic Director for over a decade in the New Jersey Public and Non-Public school systems. As a high school Athletic Director, his athletic programs won several State, Sectional, Conference, and Division Championships in several sports and produced a Gatorade Player of the Year and McDonalds All American student athlete. He has also helped countless students receive college scholarships.
With his experience as a former college NCAA dual sport athlete (soccer/ice hockey), Giancarlo G. Riotto volunteers as a coach in boys and girls soccer, baseball, and basketball in his community, and was named the 2022 New Jersey Youth Soccer Recreational Coach of the Year for the State of New Jersey. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), volunteered as a N.J. Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in his community from 2011-2015, and is a HCC Commander with the United States Air Force.
